Worksheet

Writing the Word Form of Numbers Up to 1,000,000

Become a word form expert with this fourth-grade worksheet! Students will be presented with 10 different numbers between 100,000 and 1,000,000. Learners will read each number aloud and then write the corresponding word form.

This word form practice will help build number fluency as students learn to read and write six-digit numbers. Growing mathematicians will also reinforce their knowledge of place value as they get into numbers in the hundred thousands. With each number they write, learners will sharpen their spelling and handwriting skills, too!

If students have mastered word form, there’s still more to learn! Try out Numbers in Different Forms: Up to Six-Digits #1 for additional number form practice. For learners who need a review first, check out Writing the Word Form of Numbers Up to 100,000.
