Worksheet

Write Inequalities From Number Lines #1

Make your inequality skills greater than they ever have been before with this essential worksheet! Each of these 10 problems includes a number line that shows an inequality by marking a point and all of the numbers to the left or right of that point. Students will be asked to write the inequality described by each number line.

This worksheet is perfect for showing sixth graders how inequalities work. The number lines can help students better visualize what is being shown in an inequality statement, making these statements easier to interpret in the future. As learners complete this worksheet, they will also build their number sense with negative numbers and ordering integers.
