The Hobbit Timeline

Making a timeline is a great way to sort out a story's events. This exercise doubles the challenge by having kids make The Hobbit timeline twice: one of the book and a second of the movie adaptation. They'll compare how events unfold, take a look at the pacing, and consider the story when presented in two different media.
