Simple Machines: Lever

Students are introduced to the lever, one of the six types of simple machines, in this physical science worksheet. Children learn that a lever is created by placing a plank or beam over a fulcrum. They then look at pictures of a variety of types of levers to see if they can spot the fulcrum in each one. Designed for second-grade science students, this resource makes an excellent addition to STEM curricula as well.
