Service Survey

Serving our community is a way to offer support to others, while discovering our individual interests and passions! Using this social emotional worksheet, students will take a service survey and respond to a variety of questions about their interests and passions. Then, students will reflect on their survey responses to decide how they can provide service to their community in the future. This worksheet is a great resource for second and third graders to develop social and self-awareness, as well as mindfulness and empathy.
