Coin Match #1

Practice your coin-counting skills with this engaging worksheet! Students are presented with four groups of coins and four items with price tags. They will need to count up all of the quarters, dimes, nickels, and pennies in each group and draw lines to match them to the corresponding item. 

Knowing what value each coin represents and how to add them up is a vital skill for students as they begin to spend money and purchase things they want on their own. This worksheet is designed to help second graders practice the important skill of addition with money so they will be ready to participate in the economy.
