Rainy Day Color Patterns

Too rainy to go outside? Instead, stay inside and practice patterns with this cheerful worksheet! Learners will be asked to complete each of five patterns by coloring in the blank raindrops according to the existing pattern. This worksheet includes ABBA, ABAC, and ABBC patterns. 

This worksheet is designed for kindergarteners and first graders who are already comfortable with simple pattern sequences like AB, ABC, and ABB. These more complex patterns can help build on learners’ existing pattern recognition skills and help develop their logical reasoning.
