Rainbow Factors #1

What treasure will you find at the end of these rainbows? Factor pairs, of course! For each number within the rainbow, students will list its factor pairs, then use the amount of factor pairs to determine whether the number is prime or composite. The first problem has been completed as an example for learners.

Designed for fourth graders, this worksheet is a great way to strengthen number sense. Students will become more familiar with factors and multiples, which can prepare them to learn about concepts like greatest common factor and least common multiple.
