Printable Homework Planner

Plan school days in a color-coded way! Help students in second, third, fourth, and fifth grade get organized for a new school year with this back-to-school homework planner worksheet.

The planner page is separated into seven sections, and each features a different color to help set it apart. There is a spot at the top of the page to write the date. The “Things to Do” and “Notes” sections on the left-hand side each have several blank lines.

On the right-hand side, there are five sections where students can write tasks and assignments for five different school subjects. These “Subject” sections also have checkboxes next to each blank line, so students can mark off completed tasks. At the bottom of the page, there’s a checkbox to mark when all assignments for the day are completed.
