Novel Study: The Lightning Thief: Research a Figure From Greek Mythology

After finishing Rick Riordan’s The Lightning Thief, give students a chance to dive a little deeper into Greek mythology with this research-based extension activity. The novel includes several Greek mythological figures, but there are many more out there to learn about! This worksheet invites learners to choose a figure from Greek mythology to research. Students will learn about and record their mythological figure's relationships, physical appearance, character traits, and a famous myth they’re involved in.
