Mindfulness = Less Mistakes, Less Time, and More Calm

Focusing on doing one thing at a time can help us in many ways! This social emotional learning worksheet guides children to explore the difference between multitasking and using mindfulness to complete tasks. First, learners will complete two tasks with mindfulness, one at a time. They will then attempt to complete two tasks at the same time.
