Making Metaphors

Metaphors are imaginative ways to describe something by comparing that thing to something else. With this worksheet, students will write a metaphor for each pair of given words. Remember, metaphors don't use the words "like" or "as," so make sure to check your student's work. Examples are provided on the printable answer sheet.
