Multiplication may seem like a foreign concept to your child, but once they see how it's related to concepts they already understand, they'll find multiplication much easier. Here, kids learn to think of multiplication as groups of a number, or another way of expressing addition. 2 x 3, for example, is the same as 2 groups of 3 or 3 + 3.
