Identify and Use Pronouns: Write the Room

Make learning pronouns easy and fun with this engaging activity! In “write the room” worksheets, an adult will cut out the cards on the second page and place them around the room. Try laminating these cards to keep them for repeated use! After the cards have been placed, learners will find them, then write personal pronouns that could take the place of the underlined words. In the second part of the worksheet, students will write two of their own sentences using the given pronouns. 

This first-grade worksheet gives students a chance to get up and move around the room as they learn about grammar. Learners will need to learn personal pronouns as they advance in their reading and writing skills. This worksheet is a perfect way to help students get a grasp on pronouns!
