Worksheet

Graph Linear Functions Using Tables

In this eighth-grade algebra worksheet, students are given linear functions in slope-intercept form. Students are asked to complete the tables with missing y-values by substituting given x-values into the function. Then learners will graph the function by plotting the points in the table. Graphing linear functions using tables will help students build intuition about how functions in slope-intercept form look on the coordinate plane and prepare them to graph functions in slope-intercept form without tables. As an added challenge, students can complete Slope-Intercept Form: Graphing Lines after they complete this worksheet.
