Fluency Rubric

This rubric can be used with any lesson where students are learning or practicing fluency. Students learn about four components of fluent reading and can use this tool to asses their classmates’ reading and hone their own fluency skills as well. Use it with the lesson plan The Elements of Fiction: Creating a Story Map.
