Worksheet
Finish the Analogy #3
Learn about word relationships in this tricky analogy worksheet! Students will first learn about what analogies are and the different relationships they can represent, like synonyms, antonyms, and part/whole. Then, students will need to choose the best out of three words to complete each of eight analogies. In the final part, learners can come up with their own words to complete two more analogies.
This worksheet is perfect for fourth graders who are new to analogies. Practice with analogies can help strengthen students’ vocabulary and their understanding of word meanings and relationships. Students can also work on their logical reasoning skills as they decide on the most relevant word for each analogy.
