Finding the Distance Between Two Points #2

Challenge your knowledge of geometry formulas in this engaging worksheet! Each of these eight problems includes two ordered pairs within 10. Students will be asked to calculate the distance between the two points using either the distance formula or the Pythagorean theorem. 

This worksheet was designed to help eighth graders practice the important skill of finding distance by using what they know about applying existing formulas. There are no visual aids in this worksheet, meaning students will need to have a strong conceptual understanding of coordinate planes and their preferred formula.
