Fall Creative Writing Prompt #3: Carnival of the Autumn Equinox

Tell your own story about a mysterious carnival with this creative writing prompt! On the eve of the autumn equinox, a traveling carnival with spectacular rides and performances appears just outside of town. Students are asked to tell what happens to their character when they go to the carnival. Their writing should include interesting characters, a clear conflict, and descriptive language that tells about the context, setting, and events of the story.
