Drawing the Phases of the Moon

Use this template to track the phases of the moon, either in the sky or along with this science experiment. Learners will use their observation and drawing skills to record the amount of surface lit up during the new moon, first quarter, full moon, and third quarter. Designed with fifth graders in mind, this useful template lends well to a unit on earth and space science for a variety of grade levels and projects.
