Doubles to 10: Cut and Paste #3

Test your addition skills with this charming doubles worksheet! Young learners will use scissors to cut out a set of numbers, practicing their fine motor skills. Then, learners can use their addition skills to identify which box each number goes in to make a true doubles fact. Once they have determined where the numbers go, learners will use glue to paste them in the correct place.

This worksheet is intended for kindergarten and first-grade students and includes addends up to 5 and sums up to 10. Knowledge of doubles facts can not only strengthen students’ addition skills, but also support them later on as they learn to create mental models of more complex math, like multiplication.
