Different Types of Jobs

Jobs can take many different forms, and each one serves the community in different ways. In this worksheet, children will follow prompts to draw three pictures of people working. Then they will write the name of each job and a brief description of what that person does. Designed for first, second, and third graders, this worksheet is a creative way to support students' writing and fine motor skills. It can also be a thoughtful part of a discussion on the roles different workers play in a community, especially leading up to Labor Day.
