Add Up the Change

It’s not just math, it’s money math! Third graders work on identifying coins and using addition and multiplication to determine money value on this interactive worksheet.

The worksheet includes four sets of coins with combinations of pennies, nickels, dimes, and sometimes quarters. By counting the number of each type of coin, multiplying that by the coin’s value, and adding it all together, students can determine the total money value of each set.
