Comparing Decimals: Modeling Tenths and Hundredths #1

Help fourth graders visualize decimals to the hundredths place with this fun worksheet! In each problem, students are presented with two decimals and will need to shade in the decimal models to match the value of those decimals. Then, learners can use these models to make a comparison statement using a less than, greater than, or equal to sign.

This practice modeling and comparing decimals is a great way to improve students’ number sense, which is a vital foundation for decimal rounding and other decimal operations.
