Calculating Distances on the Iditarod Trail

The Iditarod Trail Dog Sled Race is an annual sporting event in Alaska that pits dog sled teams against the elements. In this math worksheet, kids will calculate the distances of the different routes along the trail by changing fractions into decimals, diving numerators by denominators and following a formula to solve for the distance.
