Adding Decimals: Puzzle Fun

Puzzle your way to decimal addition mastery with this challenging worksheet! Learners will cut out a puzzle grid with decimals to the thousandths place and decimal addition expressions in each square. Then, they will use their knowledge of decimal addition to rearrange the squares so that the sides with addition expressions are next to the sides with the corresponding sums. Once they have the squares correctly lined up, they will paste the new configuration on the blank grid included on page 2. 

Designed for fifth and sixth graders, this worksheet is a great choice for students working on their decimal operation skills. While completing this activity, students can practice using estimation to help solve problems and improve their ability to add decimals to the thousandths place.
