Abstract Nouns Word Search #2

Learn to identify abstract nouns as you enjoy an engaging word search! This worksheet first asks students to look at a list of nouns and determine which of them are abstract. Then, learners will find and shade all of those same abstract nouns in a word search.

This worksheet is perfect for third and fourth graders who are learning about the difference between concrete and abstract nouns. Because abstract nouns don’t refer to tangible things that students can interact with, it can be difficult to understand that these words are nouns just like table, person, or house. That’s why students should get plenty of practice identifying them!
