Abracadabra: Addition to 10

You don’t need to know magic to make addition sums to appear out of thin air! In this worksheet, students will need to solve 15 addition problems with single-digit addends and sums within 10. Then, learners will use the answers to the addition problems to solve a set of subtraction problems. 

This worksheet is intended for first graders working on their addition fact fluency and automaticity. The ability to quickly and accurately recall the sums of simple addition problems is invaluable, especially as students learn trickier math skills, such as addition with multi-digit numbers.
