This is a great lesson to use at the start of the school year. The focus is creating one happy classroom! Students will get to know themselves and their peers and describe how they will make the classroom a happy learning place.

Introduction
(5 minutes)- Ask students to name one thing they like about themselves.
- Ask students to share how they treat their friends.
- Explain to students that today they will be learning more about their classmates and discuss how they can be a great friend in school.
