Getting students excited for Easter can also make them better readers! By the time Easter comes, students will be familiar with lots of useful words after completing this lesson.

Introduction
(5 minutes)- Call students together.
- Read Happy Easter, Mouse by Laura Numeroff. (Show students that some words are written in bold font in the color of the word. Have students help read these and any other words they are familiar with.)
